WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY FREE 15 MINUTE CONSULT?Great question! You'll be able to share a bit about your business as well as your project and/or marketing and online visibility needs. If everything seems pretty straightforward, we'll recommend a VIP Day (Mini, Half, or Full) and a Specialist over zoom and/or in a follow up email with your link to book. If your project requires a more complex or well thought out strategy, your next step may be to dive deeper in a paid consultation with Heather. If you go to book a free consult and don't see any days or times that work and need to connect with us asap, please feel free to email heather@viewsadvantage.com instead.

WHAT CAN WE GET DONE IN A DAY?Sooo many things! On your free 20 minute project consult call we'll go over your marketing and online visibility needs and ensure we've picked the right size day (Mini, Half, or Full) for the deliverables you'd like to have at day end. Your project call (or email, if you choose to communicate with us that way) will clearly state the project and what we're going to accomplish. As for specifics... really, if it's related to the world of online marketing and making life easier for you as a business owner through systems and automations setup then we've got you. Reach out and let's get your to do list, done!

HOW WILL I COMMUNICATE WITH THE TEAM?Upon booking, you will be added to Slack, our business communication tool, where you will be contacted by your selected Marketing Specialist. This is where all communication with us about your project will take place both before, during, and after your VIP Day. If you have never used Slack before, you will need to download the desktop and mobile app. Don't worry--we will provide instruction for you once you've booked your day!

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY VIP DAY?After your day is booked, your Marketing Specialist will be in touch with you and ask for any further information or resources they'll need in order to complete your project. Have all requested items sent to your Specialist at least 72 hours before your VIP Day. If you are unable to get those to them within that time, you will need to reschedule your day.

WHAT IF WE DON'T FINISH BEFORE MY DAY IS OVER?Before you book your VIP Day we will be outlining specific projects and/or deliverables that you will receive upon completion of your day. We guarantee delivery of those outlined items and will finish them regardless of the amount of time it takes. When you go to book your VIP Day you will notice that times are allotted in Mini (2 hour), Half (4 hour), and Full (6 hour) time increments. These are estimates only--your VIP Day intensive may take less time, or it may take more. Again, it's the outlined project/deliverable that's guaranteed, not the amount of time spent on it.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE AND HOW DO I PAY?Payment via credit card is due upon booking via the link that will be provided to you. Please email Heather at heather@viewsadvantage.com before booking if you'd like to discuss other options including a payment plan.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?We do not offer refunds. We are setting aside this time for you so it's important that you keep your appointment. If you need to reschedule, you must do at least 48 hours before your VIP Day is set to begin. No refunds will be offered for cancellations. We strive for excellence in everything we do and are certain that so long as we are set up for success by having everything we've requested from you, we will deliver a top notch product and/or service at the end of your day.

I'm Heather Clayton, CEO & Founder of Views Advantage LLC. In 2016 I was working as the Communications and Assistant Executive Director for a non-profit organization that focused on women's leadership and wellness-focused community.
Through my work there, I saw a need for timely and efficient online marketing and tech support for entrepreneurs in the wellness industry.
